- Supported product uptime matrix of 99.5% in production.
- Supporting product launch to General Availability for early US customers.
- Cost optimization efforts resulting in savings of over $20,000/month on AWS spending.
- Managed and built CI/CD pipelines, security hardening, & production workload on Kubernetes and Nomad clusters, IAC.
- Monitoring and Alerting for the application.
