Oracle Cloud provides Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Data as a Service (DaaS). These services are used to build, deploy, integrate, and extend applications in the cloud. This platform supports numerous open standards (SQL, HTML5, REST, etc.), open-source applications (Kubernetes, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, MySQL, Terraform, etc.), and a variety of programming languages, databases, tools, and frameworks including Oracle-specific, Open Source, and third-party software and systems.

Role and Responsibilities

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Acting as a Primary POC & On-Call for Production incidents, performing detailed RCA while developing automated and self-healing solutions in OCI Object Storage Service.
Supporting product up-time of 99.9% in production.
Developed internal tools and processes that leverage observability best practices to proactively identify and resolve issues before they become incidents.
Supported the new Region Building activities in the initial phase of the cloud onboarding.
Manage and build CI/CD pipelines, Security Hardening, and production workload on Oracle data center, IaC.
Working hand-in-hand with Development teams and participating in team rotation.
